I haven’t actually posted a new bread recipe for a while, I seemed a bit obsessed with breakfast and cake recipes. Definitely need to focus a bit more on the lunch, appetiser, mains and bread sections of my website.
This is a super easy bread to make as it is yeast free so you don’t need to spend a lot of time waiting on the yeast activating. I’ve made little mini loaves that are perfect for serving with soup or as fancy little rolls. You can also make this recipe as one large loaf but increase the time in the oven to 40-45 minutes.
