Gluten and Dairy Free Salmon Frittata

Frittata is one of those hearty and comforting dishes you can make using leftovers. I’ve used some salmon and sundried tomatoes which were leftover from a dinner I had made the night before. You can really add just about anything to this – I once made a Mexican chicken version which was very tasty. You can also easily adapt this to be vegetarian and if you don’t fancy using the pasta you can substitute with potato.

Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate and Raspberry Muffins

Hello everyone

You can’t beat the mixture of red berries and chocolate. I’ve combined the two in this simple to make gluten and dairy free muffin. I find it easier to bake with frozen raspberries – they are easier to mix into the cake will still frozen and defrost perfectly while the muffins are baking in the oven.

Gluten & Dairy Free Lemon & Poppyseed Breakfast Cereal

I really enjoy making my own cereal – makes a nice change from baking cakes! I’m always experimenting with new flavours and lemon and poppyseed is one of my favourite muffins so I thought I would try and make it into a cereal. Think my next homemade cereal will be a Christmas flavoured granola – coming soon.

Leftover Pumpkin?
