Gluten and Dairy Free Molten Chocolate Cakes

These cakes are super easy to make and only take 10 minutes in the oven so they can easily be put together for a mid week dessert treat without the hassle! The most exciting thing about these cakes is cutting them open and watching all the warm gooey chocolate sauce running out. If you prefer your cakes a little more firm then bake them for 2-3 minutes more.

Make them when you are ready to eat them because if you leave them sitting once you take them out the oven then they will continue to cook and the middle will be more cake and less molten!
