When I was a little girl there was nothing more exciting than a chicken kiev on the rare occasion we had them. In reality they probably weren’t the best quality chicken, dripping in butter and coated in some kind of hybrid batter crumb!
I decided to have a go at making a healthier gluten and dairy free version using fresh chicken breast and polenta crumb. Hopefully you enjoy them better than the original. It’s also a brilliant retro classic that had to be given my gluten and dairy free treatment.
