Gluten and Dairy Free Cream of Tomato Soup

Hello everyone

Hands up if you miss the soothing taste of creamy soup on a cold day now you are dairy free. I was craving cream of tomato soup and decided to have a go at making it with dairy free cream. I used Alrpo soya UHT single cream which cost me 74p from Asda so the cost of the soup wasn’t pushed up using alternate ingredients.

Gluten and Dairy Free Milkshake Ideas

dairy free milkshakes

I tend to make a milkshake when I have leftovers that I need to use up, that banana that needs eating or the milk that needs to be drunk. Just because you can’t have dairy you can still have a delicious creamy tasting milkshake.

I’ve given you a basic recipe with some suggested flavours. You can make your own dairy free ice cream or I’ve also used Swedish Glace which is a lovely dairy free ice-cream you can get from most supermarkets.

Gluten and Dairy Free Spiced Carrot Buns

Image Text

This is a really simple recipe for some spiced carrot buns. I love my cakes but sometimes it is nice to just have a plain bun rather than something covered in icing. These buns can be made relatively quickly and frozen for when you need them. They are great to pop in pack lunch boxes or just to enjoy with a cup of tea in the afternoon.
