Quinoa is a great alternative to traditional grains as it is naturally gluten free. Just be careful when you are buying your chorizo that it is dairy free as I’m seen a few with milk powder in them. I have recently bought chorizo from Lidl, Asda and Marks and Spencer that didn’t contain milk so hopefully it shouldn’t be too hard for you to find.
