This ice-cream has an amazing fresh banana taste and it is so simple to make and it only has three ingredients. It is made from some dairy free cream, mashed banana and a little sugar (or agave).
As a lot of people also can’t eat eggs I decided to make this recipe that was free from eggs as well as dairy and gluten. I’ve served it with a drizzle of my dairy free caramel sauce (you can find the recipe in the dips and sauces section of the site) and some banana chips.
