Churros are a real treat I used to enjoy in Spain before my diagnosis. You get cafes dedicated just to selling churros with the most beautiful hot chocolate to dip them in. I decided to have a try at making a gluten and dairy free version of them. You can dip them in melted dairy free chocolate or use a dairy free carob based sauce like ChocShot. Alternatively you can just eat them as is or mix a little cinnamon in with the sugar.
