This is the third instalment in my series of review’s of the new product range from the guys over at Udi’s. This time I’m testing out their Gluten and Dairy Free All Purpose Flour:
It contains the following ingredients:
- Rice Flour
- Potato Starch
- Tapioca Starch
- Thickening Agent (Guar Gum)
making it a good choice for people with multiple food intolerances/allergies.
Overall I was really pleased with this flour and it would definitely be a great addition to anyone’s gluten and dairy free store cupboard.
It is available to buy at Tesco.
