Just to give us all a kickstart to 2015 I thought it would be a good idea to make January super food month. If you follow regularly you will know I upload a lot of cake recipes (and remember I upload what I eat!). So for a healthy change I thought I would upload some gluten and dairy free healthy recipes to set you on the right path for the new year.
Don’t panic though, there will still be some sweet recipes as I’ve been working on raw gluten and dairy free chocolates and grain and refined sugar free chocolate chip pumpkin muffins.
