Udi’s Gluten and Dairy Free Granola Review

Hello

I have been lucky enough to sample Udi’s Gluten and Dairy Free Granola and can say I was very impressed so thought I would share my opinion with you all. I’m a big fan of wholesome cereals and this granola ticks all the boxes for me. It is crunchy but not too hard and just sweet enough without being sickly.

Udi's GF granola

Udi’s started to produce gluten free bread in 2008 and after huge success in the USA they expanded into Britain in 2013. They now offer a large range of products from cereals to bread and sweet treats from bagel chips to muffins.

They offer the gluten free granola in three different flavours:

  1. Au Naturel Granola made with Certified Gluten Free Oats (65%), Honey (23.8%), Rapeseed Oil
  2. Almond Vanilla Flavour Granola made with Certified Gluten Free Oats (59.7%), Honey (21.9%), Rapeseed Oil, Almonds (7.2%), Natural Flavouring (Vanilla)
  3. Cranberry Walnut Granola made with Certified Gluten Free Oats (55.4%), Honey (20.3%), Dried Cranberries (9.2%) (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Rapeseed Oil, Walnuts (5.5%)

A bowl of this cereal with some pureed fruit or dairy free yoghurt/milk is the perfect way to start any day and I’ll definitely be adding this to my shopping list. The granola is a really versatile product for your gluten free store cupboard and I’ve added a couple of recipe ideas:
