This is a recipe for a complete Spanish three course dinner menu, and every bit of it is gluten and dairy free. I believe that gluten and dairy free food can be just can as tasty as their ‘normal’ equivalents. When I’m having a dinner party I don’t cook with gluten or dairy containing foods and no-one has had any complaints so far (at least not too my face anyway!) As this dinner menu encourages sharing a number of small dishes the contamination risk is completely removed by having all the dishes dairy and gluten free.
A Charcuterie Platter is often served as a starter and consists of a selection of meats served with bread and dipping oils. The main is made up of a variety of small dishes, called tapas. A fresh fruit tart is served for dessert.
