Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Hello everyone

Whether true or not, when you mention gluten and dairy free baking, people’s first assumption is that it will be dry and tasteless. I’ve added this recipe which is the complete opposite of this, the addition of the mashed banana gives the cake both a great taste and a moist texture.

The loaf can be sliced down and stored in the freezer until needed and the dairy free chocolate chips can be substituted for either sultanas or cranberries or actually anything else you fancy.
