For an alternative to natural yoghurt I use the Alpro soya natural yoghurt. It’s great in cooking, baking and you can add your own fruit for a breakfast or dessert.
It is dairy and gluten free and provides a healthy source of protein, calcium and essential vitamins.
For a cream alternative I use soya single cream for cooking, for example in curries and creamy sauces. It is also good used as a pouring cream for desserts. As it is often difficult to whip dairy free soya cream I buy soy whip for topping pavlovas and filling choux pastry.
